How do I make a booking?

1. Our booking can be taken up to one year in advance by either ringing us or emailing us.

2. A confirmation of a booking will be sent to you with an invoice for 25% of a non-refundable deposit.

3. We will then invoice you for the remainder of the hire cost 10 days before the hire, which requires immediate payment.

4. We will also send you an invoice 24 hours before the hire for insurance excess purposes which is £500. This amount is fully returned to you if we are satisfied with the condition of the horsebox on return.

5. On the day of the hire we will require proof of identification before the hire commences. We require a photo ID driving licence and we also require two recent utility bills with proof of address.

6. After the hire has been completed we will return the insurance excess (£500) to your card.



How do I pay for the hire?

Payments are accepted by all major debit and credit cards. 




Do I need to clean the horsebox before returning it?

Yes. We require you to brush out the box before returning. If you do not have time to clean the box, you will be charged £30.




How far can I drive the horsebox?

We have a mileage limit of 250 miles per day. If you go over this limit you will be charged 40p per mile over that limit.
